Tonic Salt - Aquarium

NT Labs Aquarium Tonic Salt is used for supporting fish disease treatments, as a general tonic, dipping new fish and reducing the toxicity of nitrite in tropical and cold water aquariums. Available in 300g jars.

Freshwater fish constantly regulate their internal salt concentration through a process called osmoregulation. When fish become stressed or diseased this process becomes dysfunctional, and fish begin to lose control of this salt regulation.

NT Labs Aquarium Tonic Salt provides osmotic support and assists with recovery from stress and disease.

Do not use with salt sensitive species.
