Satus - Filter Start - Pond

Satus is a new revolutionary filter bacteria that rapidly establishes and accelerates the maturing of aquarium systems. Suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums. Available in 100ml, 250ml and 500ml sizes. This 100ml bottle will treat up to 2,000 litres.

Satus contains NT Labs’s innovative ‘Satus organism’ which is capable of rapidly removing ammonia without relying on the traditional slower nitrifying cycle.

Working under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions, the ‘Satus organism’ can also degrade organic compounds which bacteria cannot.

It has a higher metabolic rate that provides faster breakdown of organic wastes, stopping them from building up in the aquarium. This therefore prevents the dreaded ‘new tank syndrome’ which can randomly occur in some set ups.

For best results, use NT Labs Satus with NT Labs Optimus to start up/cycle up new aquariums and during every water change.

When to use NT Satus:

• Setting up new aquariums and carrying out water changes.
• Adding fish to your aquarium.
• Carrying out a water change.
• Cleaning and changing filter media.
• Treating fish diseases.

Product Information:

• Recommended for: freshwater and marine aquariums.
• Treatment type: liquid.
• Harmless to filters and all species of fish, shrimp, invertebrates, and plants.

Dosage & total treatment volume:

• Read instructions before use.
• Turn off UV/ozone. Turn back on 2 hours after adding Satus.
• Add 5ml per 50L of aquarium water on the first day.
• Add 5ml per 100L of aquarium water daily for 7 days.
• If dosage is maintained for the full 7 days, fish and other aquatic species can be added to the aquarium at any point.
• Add 5ml monthly to improve biofilter performance, when adding new fish, after filter cleaning and water change, and treating with a medication.
• Satus cannot be used as a replacement for an aquarium filter but should be used alongside one.
• This 100ml bottle treats up to 2,000 litres.
